All prices include carriage.
Delivery should be within 21 days, if for any reason it is delayed we will e-mail you as soon as possible.
As items are made to order they can only be returned if they are faulty.
The Personalised Gift Company take no responsibility for any words misspelled on the order form by the customer.
If an item is faulty please contact us so we can address the problem.
